We are thrilled to introduce our very first natural process offering from Tanzania. Frankly, it was a beautiful revelation to discover just how flawlessly the Tanzanian terroir harmonizes with the natural process. This is, without a doubt, the most exceptional Tanzanian coffee we have tasted since 2023.
Structurally, the beans are remarkably hard and dense for a natural process coffee. This unique physical density locks in immense flavor potential, allowing the coffee to transparently reflect its pristine origin rather than being overwhelmed by the processing.
In the cup, it presents an exotic and incredibly juicy profile driven by a bright, robust acidity. Expect a vibrant blueberry body layered with the luscious juiciness of dragonfruit, elegantly resolving into a refreshing, ginger ale-like spice on the finish. A truly captivating and dynamic coffee experience.
