We Ship by DHL, FedEx or EMS (Japan Post) *depending on the location/country
- Business days don't include Sunday, Saturday, or national holidays.
- We ship Monday through Friday, with business hours from 10AM - 5PM.
- DHL, FedEx and EMS shipping services include insurance, but we do not under refunds for any damage due to customs clearance (damaged or spilled beans due to customs clearance, customs rejection, delivery delay due to customs or stuck at customs, etc.)
- We are currently not shipping to Russia or Iran
- We are currently not shipping to Mexico due to issues with customs clearance
- If your shipping address is located in a remote area, an extra fee will be charged. To avoid that, we recommend using a non-remote address if possible. In the case that your address is in a remote area, your order will automatically be updated to reflect the extra charge. If you were charged and would like to change address, please contact and we will refund you the fee.
- Shipment to Middle East areas are reported for delay due to the war
- Refused or Unclaimed Shipments: If a package is returned to us or abandoned locally because the recipient refuses to pay customs duties/taxes or provides an incorrect address, we cannot issue any refunds for the products or shipping costs.
