READY TO BREW: LJZ Festival Surplus (30% OFF)
These special lots were originally prepared for hand-drip service at the LJZ Coffee Festival in Shanghai. However, due to the sudden cancellation of the event caused by an approaching typhoon, we hand-carried this remaining inventory directly back to Japan in our suitcases.
Roasted in early September, these coffees are now fully rested and perfectly degassed. Unlike our standard roast-to-order lineup that requires weeks of aging, this batch is entirely "READY TO BREW." You can experience their absolute peak flavor the exact moment they arrive at your door.
To ensure these beautiful coffees find a home and are enjoyed right away, we are offering this specific batch at a special 30% OFF. Stock is strictly limited to the tiny amount we could carry back. Ships immediately.

A Continued Partnership We are proud to continue our direct trade relationship with El Morito Farm for a second consecutive year. This season, we have selected an exceptional lot from their "La Mandarina" plot—a standout Geisha that represents the absolute pinnacle of their current harvest.
Terroir & Quality The coffees from El Morito are intimately shaped by extreme altitudes and remarkable bean density. This demanding high-elevation environment yields a cup of pristine clarity and a lush, beautifully rounded body. While their coffees are consistently sweet year after year, this specific lot is particularly bold, anchoring its intricate complexity in a deep, pervasive sweetness.
The Cup Profile The flavor journey is defined by a striking, high-energy progression. It opens with a crisp, yuzu-driven brightness that immediately sets a refreshing tone. This seamlessly transitions into vibrant lavender florals—the iconic signature of a world-class, high-grown Geisha. The experience culminates in an unprecedented and exceptionally rare Ramune soda finish. This "blue," vibrant sweetness is incredibly refreshing and electric, offering a modern, high-energy departure from traditional profiles.
Roaster's Note: It is rare to find a coffee that balances the elegant floral "Geisha DNA" with such a vibrant, refreshing finish. That final, electric note of Ramune soda is entirely unique to this harvest, making it a truly singular sensory experience.
