A seamless fusion of traditional Italian espresso structure and modern light-roasted fruitiness.
To achieve perfect harmony, the coffees are pre-blended in their green state and roasted together using a custom roasting profile exclusively designed for this composition. When pulled as an espresso, the Brazil Natural foundation provides a rich, syrupy chocolate body reminiscent of classic Italian bars, while the Ethiopia Natural elevates the cup with vibrant notes of strawberry and delicate jasmine.
The true magic of "Neo Classic" lies in its duality. While the espresso extraction yields a creamy, heavy weight and comforting sweetness, cupping reveals a strikingly elegant aftertaste dominated by the Ethiopian floral and fruity characteristics. A truly multidimensional experience.
