Grind setting: 21-24clicks on Comandante

Preparation

1st pour pour

80g of water for blooming by 8seconds on your timer and give swirl to the slurry by doing the "Rao Spin" after pouring.

2nd pour

Resume pouring at 45seconds on your timer to hit 140grams on the scale and finish it at 1:10mins on your timer. Give it a swirl by doing the "Rao Spin."

3rd pour:

Resume pouring at 1:25mins on your timer to hit 220grams on the scale and finish it at 1:45mins on your timer. Give it a swirl by doing the "Rao Spin."

4th pour

Resume pouring at 2:15mins on your timer to hit 300grams on the scale and finish it at 2:30mins on your timer. Give it a swirl by doing the "Rao Spin."
Wait for the water to drawdown completely.
