Degassing notice
We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.
*Please make sure not to vacuum or freeze the coffees while it's degassed enough.

We are thrilled to bring a super vibrant Geisha from Tarrazu, Costa Rica. This coffee is not just a Geisha, this actually is a "Panama-Geisha" varietal that in fact brought by a farm in Panama and processed as "classic washed" that is very rare in Costa Rica.
This coffee has unprecedentedly floral, bold and complex flavors that would represent some top notch high grown Geishas outside Panama.
In the cup, we found beautifully perfumed flavors of lychee, orange blossoms and jasmine with an underlying bold sweetness throughout.
