*Though we are sorting out defects after roasting and our greens have passed through mechanical/hand sorting at farm level, small stones can be found in coffee beans, it's not harmful to health as it's roasted but please sort them before grinding to avoid risk damaging your grinder just in case.

Tyoxidator is back! We used to offer this coffee as "Pepe Jijon" last summer and it went viral with so many positive feedback! This lot is as amazing as the last summer's lot or even better with its remarkable juiciness. Expect delicate notes of lemon, vibrant yellow apple flavors accompanied by perfumed notes of lychee and sweet dried apricot in the finish. Every single note is very vibrant and intense yet stays in the range of Typica Mejorado flavors.

Pepe Jijon a.k.a Finca Soledad is a legendary and current most successful producer in Specialty Coffee industry, who would also represent Ecuadorian coffee scene: his coffee have become competitors favorite coffee in both international and domestic stage 

In May. 2022, Pepe contacted us and since then we have been working to import his coffee directly to our roastery. As we are always seeking for some top quality coffees that are different from Geisha, his Typica Mejorado is the perfect choice for our ambition.

Pepe's farm is literally an artisanal family farm that specializes in world class/competition grade coffee: the only 4 hectares plots are nurturing his amazing Geisha, Sydra and Mejorado with refined processing.

Typica Mejorado Tyoxidator

Tyoxidator has been one of the most renowned coffees in the world as his signature coffee. Tyoxidator sounds a bit experimental but it actually features the inherent flavors from the cultivar. As for this year's Mejorado Tyoxidator, the beans look smaller and denser and in fact it has even better intensity and structure in each factor. Especially we are impressed with its juiciness and the yellow apple flavor that is super vibrant.
