Degassing notice
We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.
*Please make sure not to vacuum or freeze the coffees while it's degassed enough.

ncredible boost in production and the best quality we’ve seen yet. What's exciting about this batch is the balance and sweetness we get. It retains the brightness that we've come to enjoy, while offering a richer sweetness and juiciness than ever before, with a flavor intensity almost like a geisha. Smooth and inviting, this coffee is enjoyable throughout but leads to a surprisingly sweet and bright aftertaste that we love.
Expect pineapple sweetness and fragrant lavender florals in the cup, with a smooth finish and bright pomelo aftertaste. Refreshing, smooth, and complex, Pie San never disappoints.
