Degassing notice
We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.
*Please make sure not to vacuum or freeze the coffees while it's degassed enough.

Typica Mejorado - Classic Natural

A stunning Mejorado from our favorite terroir, "Zamora Chinchipe". It was in 2022 that we have encountered the beautiful terroir from Zamora Chinchipe. Trying both Mejorado and Sydra, we got really impressed by the coffees from this area.
This year we are so excited to bring a very clean Mejorado NATURAL from this area. While this is a classic natural process with a rich mouthfeel and sweetness, reminds us of some great "slow dry" process coffees, the flavors are almost free from funkiness and preserving its delicate characteristics from Mejorado cultivar.
In the cup, we found grapefruit brightness with vibrant violet florals, and then perfumed lychee flavors in the finish.
