Degassing notice
We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.
*Please make sure not to vacuum or freeze the coffees while it's degassed enough.

La Isla farm is owned by Cafe Ar Bar/Alietta family. We have been purchasing their ETH47 lot exclusively since 2021. Def
While last year's lot offered some ripe flavors that are akin to natural process coffees, this year's lot remind us of some Ethiopian coffees, with unprecedentedly complex after taste. The complex flavors do remind us of our first purchase of this coffee in 2021 and our final roast profile for this lot ended up close to our 2022/2023 profiles.
Expect juicy peach with honeysuckle florals and complex after taste of clementine and melon.
