How to store your coffee beans
General condition
We are recommending 45-60days of degassing at the room temperature in a condition that is dark (at least avoid sun heat/sun light) and dry, preferably with the bag unopened. Once you open the bag, please close the bag tight to make sure that the amount of air in the bag is as small as possible(air will be exuded from the valve in the back).
Freezing
We are recommending freezing the bag once you feel it hits the peak flavors. Make sure that your coffee will be isolated from other food materials, covering the bag with a plastic bag or preferably vacuum it.
