How to store your coffee beans
We are recommending 45-60days of degassing in a room temperature in a confrontation that is dark (at least avoid sun heat/sun light) and dry. Once you open the bag, please make sure that closing the bag tight to minimum amount of air remaining in the bag(air will be exuded from the valve in the back).
We are recommending freezing the bag once you feel it hits the peak flavors. Make sure that your coffee will be isolated from other food materials, covering the bag with a plastic bag or preferably vacuum it.
