Degassing notice

We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.

Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.

*Please make sure not to vacuum or freeze the coffees while it's degassed enough.

One of our personal favorite terroirs, the Pichincha region, has brought us another banger of a coffee. In 2024, we started working more and more with sydras, and it's easily become one of our favorite varietals, so this was an instantly a winner for us, being a combination of two of our favorites.

This coffee has the typical bright and unique florals you'd expect from a good sydra but with an extra bright and sweet character that blends into fruitiness. From the first sip to the aftertaste, it's bright, fruity, sweet, and just good.

In the cup we find sweet fruits like peach, guava, and passionfruit alongside bright honeysuckle florals with a vibrant bright lemon in the aftertaste.
