Degassing notice
We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.
*Please make sure not to vacuum or freeze the coffees while it's degassed enough.

Every year, we're proud to be able to bring rare Yemeni coffees to our lineup, and 2025 is no exception. This year, we cupped more than 200 different Yemeni coffee samples as official judges of 2024's Best of Yemen (hosted by our partner's, Qima Coffee). Needless to say, we tried a lot of great Yemeni coffee, and this is the one we chose out of everything!
This is a classic lot, sourced by our friend Tareq, who was born and raised in Yemen but is now based in Japan and sources Yemeni coffees for a living. This is as classic as Yemeni coffee gets, a varietal unique to Yemen with a classic natural process and sun-dried finish.
With this coffee, we find a lovely sweet and spicy cup full of cloves, anise, and vanilla, followed by bright passionfruit and sweet strawberry.
