Degassing notice
We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.
Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.
Cupping review
This “Hybrid washed” Geisha delights with beautiful authentic Geisha flavors. Expect bright citrus flavors of lemon with hints of grapefruit followed by perfumed Darjeeling flavors that would lead the way to delicate jasmine florals in the finish.

Cafe Granja La Esperanza (CGLE) is the most renowned coffee farm in Valle de Cauca department, that has been endorsed by so many competitors in multiple categories of Barista, Brewer and Coffee Cocktail competitions. Their coffees are especially best known for their experimental processing but we intendedly chose their washed coffees that represents their elegant technologies with great terroir/micro climates. Along with their experimental process coffees, their washed Geisha and Pink Bourbon also delight with amazing acidity and the flavors of each cultivar. This Geisha is pretty authentic in a good way, that reminds us of some of the best high grown Geishas.
