Degassing: we recommend degassing this coffee unopened for at least 30days. Best from 30days to 40days post roast.

*sometimes small stones are found in both roasted/green coffee beans, it's not harmful to health but please sort them before grinding to avoid risk damaging your grinder.

Pink Bourbon 

Pink Bourbon is our favorite cultivar we buy annually. This year we purchased this lot from Versalles farm, located in Palestina, Huila. Palestina region is renowned for producing transparent and elegant coffees with Huila brightness. Pink Bourbon often delivers Geisha like flavors but mainly known for its exotic, tropical flavors and some lots do have spicy after taste. We would say Versalles is tropical type of Pink Bourbon with very vibrant chamomile notes.

Versalles is a plethora of bright fruit tones. Expect pink grapefruit and passion fruit with vibrant chamomile florals throughout.
