Beautiful processing from the master

Sumava micro mill has been renowned for their processing skill and perfection. This is our very first purchase from Sumava micro-mill, owned by our exporter in Costa Rica, Francisco Mena/owner of Exclusive Coffees.

While he's known as a great exporter in Costa Rica, he's also respected as expert of coffee producing. Especially Sumava coffees are renowned for their natural process skills and Villasarchi cultivar. We have been craving to get this coffee for our lovely customers for years.

Cupping review

Thanks to their impeccable processing, Sumava delights with beautiful notes of natural processing followed by its terroir displayed by its smooth and clean texture. Expect perfumed notes of mangosteen followed by vibrant flavors of white grapefruit and dried apricot sweetness in the finish.

*Though we are sorting out defects after roasting and our greens have passed through mechanical/hand sorting at farm level, small stones can be found in coffee beans, it's not harmful to health as it's roasted but please sort them before grinding to avoid risk damaging your grinder just in case.
