*Though we are sorting out defects after roasting and our greens have passed through mechanical/hand sorting at farm level, small stones can be found in coffee beans, it's not harmful to health as it's roasted but please sort them before grinding to avoid risk damaging your grinder just in case.

We are so thrilled to offer an innovative coffee from a world renowned producer! Nestor Lasso a.k.a El Diviso has been treated as competitors' favorite coffee and in fact their coffee has won several competitions in both international and domestic stages. They are especially renowned for this Sydra cultivar with competition style fermentation. This time we selected an anaerobic natural lot as this is incredibly clean for an extended fermentation natural process coffee and their Sydra’s great acidity and rich body are perfectly displaying its processing flavors.
Rich, clean, balanced and intense; this Sydra is bringing out everything that we look for in an extended fermentation coffee. Expect juicy dark cherry accompanied by violet florals and long sweet finish of mangosteen. Each note is quite distinct and all those flavors are balanced out with its gorgeous acidity and rich body
