Our Exclusive Coffee is Back!
We are pleased to announce on our exclusive coffee’s 2022 harvest! This has been our (first ever) exclusive lot, with our favorite cultivar, since 2021. Yellow Typica, also known as a competition coffee of WBrC 2018, is nothing short of amazing though it's very rare and young plants with still very few production as they started planting this cultivar in 2016. The Monge brothers chose yellow honey process for this coffee and we would say their choice was beyond perfect; this coffees shines as great as our top grade Geishas on the cupping table and more Geisha like than Geisha in some aspects.
Though this coffee fascinated so many coffee lovers last year, surprisingly, this coffee got greatly improved this year with more distinct and vibrant flavors!
Pie San is a plethora of bright fruit tones. Expect delicious papaya with pomelo throughout, delicate yet crisp notes of green melon and distinct acacia honey sweetness. There is everything what we are looking for, in this coffee.
