We’re beyond honored to showcase our first ever exclusive lot, with our favorite cultivar. This Yellow Typica, also known as a competition coffee of WBrC 2018, is nothing short of amazing though it's very rare and young plants with still very few production as they started planting this cultivar in 2016. The Monge brothers chose yellow honey process for this coffee this season and we would say their choice was perfect this year; this coffees shines as great as our top grade Geishas on the cupping table and more Geisha like than Geisha in some aspects.
Expect crisp pineapple flavors with subtle lemon notes and beautifully delicate and vibrant jasmine notes.
