This year’s our Costa Rican coffees are promising! First up is our first ever ETH47 is a red honey process from a hidden gem in West Valley, La Isla farm owned by Buena Vista micromill/Cafe Ar Bar.
Don’t judge this coffee by its altitude and process, this coffee very clean and bright like a great high grown washed coffees with its unique flavors with African vibes due to the cultivar.
La Isla delights with delicious yellow peach accompanied by vibrant daisy florals and subtle honeysuckle in the finish.
The bright tones from the cultivar are perfectly mixed into its full body and intense sweetness of the terroir and processing. We would say this is one of the best coffee in the current offering.
