A wild card in the mid season from a true master in Panama with the best expectation. Pedro mainly produce “tailor made” coffees and this is our first purchase from La Huella.
Though we’re gonna order a tailor made Geisha next season, we bought Pedro’s recommendation “N97” that means he aim for 97pts with this coffee, for this year.
In short, this coffee is beyond our expectations and we’re so excited for our tailor made coffee already!
Not to mention the beautiful flavors from the master’s amazing processing, as it cools this coffee delights with delicate jasmine florals and lemon notes accompanied by amazing brightness.
Expect distinct orange liquor notes accompanied by bright peach flavors, creamy chocolate sweetness underlay vibrant vanilla notes and sweet jasmine florals, that leads the way into an amazing bright finish with jasmine and lemon.
Highly recommended for customers who are missing our delicious anaerobic Geishas such as Los Cenizos and Savage Symbiosis last year!
