Finca Kalithea/Very clean Processing
Finca Kalithea is a BOP ranking producer with their Caturra(#1 2015) and Geisha(#8 2019). Their coffees are renowned for the processing that accentuates the VOlcan terroir. Our first purchase from Kalithea was a Geisha natural in 2021, as a limited coffee for our wholesale partners. We were literally astonished by their incredible processing that reminds us of some delicious washed Geishas with its bright and citrusful notes.
This honey process lot is, in short, most "Geisha like" coffee in a good way in this season.
This magically processed Geisha delights with very clean and bright classic Geisha flavors. Opening with vibrant mandarine orange flavors followed by distinct jasmine florals and exotic notes of mangosteen that leads the way into a sweet nectarine finish. Over all, we can say this is the most classic Geisha like coffee in the 2022 harvest.
