Caution

*Though we are sorting out defects after roasting and our greens have passed through mechanical/hand sorting at farm level, small stones can be found in coffee beans, it's not harmful to health as it's roasted but please sort them before grinding to avoid risk damaging your grinder just in case.

Cupping review 

A very high grown field blend from Juan Manchay Santos. This juicy and rich bodied coffee delights with bright and sweet fruit flavors. Expect orange, black tea, hints of hibiscus and sweet pear in the finish. A perfect daily driver, as it’s impeccably well balanced. Recommend for those who embraces terroir and traditional cultivars as well.

Cajamarca Terroir Lot

We have been annually sourcing some "traditional cultivars" from Peru. Especially we are big fans of some Bourbon, Caturra and Catuai from the terroir. This year, we chose a pretty well balanced yet interesting filed blend Cajamarca region. This is actually is the very first purchase from the region while Cajamarca is one of the most popular coffee producing regions in Peru. This coffee is exceptionally bright for a filed blend from the region thanks to it very high cultivation altitude.
