Degassing notice

We recommend degassing this coffee for at least 35 days, up to 70. Our coffees often peak around 45 days and 60 days post-roast and are best enjoyed from then until the 90 day mark.

Our omniroast style leads to abnormally long degassing times, but just trust us, once your coffee is degassed properly, you're in for a treat.

Cupping review 

Jipemoyo delights with unique and exotic flavors. Expect bright yellow grapes, followed by juicy apple with notes of cinnamon and sweet tamarind in the finish.

Tanzania terroir lot

Tanzania is full of hidden gems. Similar to those African coffees from Kenya, Burundi and Rwanda, Tanzania is mainly producing Bourbon variety (including mutations) and it’s renowned for brightness with some unique exotic flavors. This “AA” grade lot reminds us of some Kenya coffees with its brightness while there are some unique spicy flavors.
