This is what we are craving for! Been requesting this to Janson farm for 2years, finally we are beyond fortunate to roast their Pacamara, renowned for BOP Pacamara #1.
This is beyond our expectations, lot 912 is simply beyond sweet in the after taste with incredible juiciness with super vibrant notes. We usually buy their Geisha for its delicate flavors, this is a pretty good the other side of them, super vibrant and bold.
912 Hasca Pacamara delights with distinct flavors of green grape throughout, accompanied by notes of grapefruit and hints of pineapple that leads the way to creamy caramel sweetness! Well, the sweetness in the aftertaste is insane!
