Degassing: we recommend degassing this coffee unopened for at least 45days. Best from 60days to 90days post roast.
*Though we are sorting out defects after roasting and our greens have passed through mechanical/hand sorting at farm level, small stones can be found in coffee beans, it's not harmful to health as it's roasted but please sort them before grinding to avoid risk damaging your grinder just in case.

JV coffee selection #3 Janson Geisha lot 107
As JV coffee collabs #3, we are thrilled to offer an incredible Geisha from our long term favorite producer, Janson coffee estate! JV specially sourced this coffee for us as one of his best recommendation.
Geisha character and Janson terroir are both pronounced to the maximum level intensity. Each flavor is quite distinct and intense; perfectly displayed on its intense sweetness, very bright acidity and its thick mouthfeel. Especially the jasmine notes are incredibly intense as JV mentioned "very jasmine" in the flavor comment.
At the cupping session, Janson lot 107 offered exceptionally vibrant flavors with maximum intensity. Expect passion fruit, orange and tremendously vibrant jasmine florals. We already tried this on a V60 brew and the flavors were beyond our imagination.
