Impeccable coffee from a legendary farm!

El Injerto farm is one of the best renowned farm in Guatemala, we can even say they are one of the most celebrated farm in the world. We have been sourcing some competition grade coffees since 2019, legendary Geisha, Pandora Pacamara and Patagonia Pacamara. This year we purchased this impeccable Catuai with perfect ripeness in the cherries, for its sweetness and thick mouthfeel. We always love to offer some washed Catuai or Caturra from Central American countries as we believe that those cultivars would represent its terroir and our roasting style the best!

Cupping review

Injerto Catuai delights with its thick mouthfeel, juiciness and bold sweetness. Expect delicate flavors and lemongrass and black tea followed by dried apricot and cloudberry.
