Bold, refined and generous, Symbiosis is incredibly complex Geisha with clean anaerobic fermentation flavors along side the inherent flavors from the Geisha variety and the terroir of 1950MASL cultivation altitude.
Symbiosis delights with distinct notes of lychee and jasmine accompanied by lime notes and sweetness of cantaloupe, then followed by deliciously juicy pineapple that would change into unprecedented port wine like flavors with plum and black currant jam. As it cools you'll find more crisp Geisha notes with strawberry jam sweetness: Maraschino cherry, lavender and rose which would lead the way to a crisp water melon finish
