Degassing: we recommend degassing this coffee unopened for at least 45days. Best from 60days to 90days post roast.
Caution
*Though we are sorting out defects after roasting and our greens have passed through mechanical/hand sorting at farm level, small stones can be found in coffee beans, it's not harmful to health as it's roasted but please sort them before grinding to avoid risk damaging your grinder just in case.
Cupping review
As usual, this Geisha is sublime with pretty vibrant flavors. Unlike the previous harvest, this lot reminds us of "Classic Geisha" profile more. Expect bright pineapple accompanied by jasmine florals and remarkably vibrant notes of orange in the finish. All those flavors are perfectly displayed on its round and soft acidity, intense sweetness throughout.

We are thrilled to offer this legendary coffee from our friend Fincas Mierisch again! This is our 3rd time purchase of El Triangulo Geisha and the last year's lot went pretty viral amongst the global coffee communities with some highest praises from a lot of connoisseurs and experts; some of them even said El Triangulo is their best coffee of the year. We all are beyond pleased to have them back again in our shelf thanks to our friend Wingo from the Mierisch Family: they are one of the longest partner-producers for us and we've been working with them since the beginning of the brand.
COE 1st place title
Though Fincas Mierisch owns several farms that achieved Cup of Excellence awards, Santa Lucia farm (a.k.a Santa Lucia Geisha) is one of the best renowned farms in the world. Santa Lucia on COE 1st place twice(2019, 2021) and 2nd place (2022) with a Yellow Pacamara/Geisha 50:50 blend.
