Our favorite Pacamara from "Patagonia" plot
This is the 4th purchase of their Pacamara and especially the 2nd purchase from their Patagonia plot. We used to purchase from other plots from them yet fell in love with their Patagonia Pacamara in 2021. Patagonia plot is located in the highest elevation area, that is producing some of the best Pacamaras for their private auction, usually delights with pleasant brightness balanced out with its thick yet silky body. We believe that their farm is ideal for Pacamara cultivar the best and sometimes produces incredible Pacamara that we would say it's sometimes even better than some Geishas. We used to purchase from other plots from them yet fell in love with their Patagonia Pacamara in 2021.
Cupping review
With our new roast profile, Patagonia delivers tons of bright fruit flavors. Expect sweet tangerine accompanied by orange florals with perfumed notes of passionfruit and sweet mangosteen in the finish.
*Though we are sorting out defects after roasting and our greens have passed through mechanical/hand sorting at farm level, small stones can be found in coffee beans, it's not harmful to health as it's roasted but please sort them before grinding to avoid risk damaging your grinder just in case.
