El Injerto is back! Pandora Pacamara last year was an absolute treat and many customers fell in love with their Pacamara and told us "this is almost like Geisha or better than Geisha".
In our opinion, their farm suits Pacamara cultivar the best and sometimes produces incredible Pacamara that we would say it's better than most of Geishas.
This year we bought both natural and washed from "Patagonia" plot also known for producing their auction lot Pacamara. Though the plot located in the highest areas in the farm, this Pacamara is physically softer and less dense than Pandora, that means it’s brewer friendly. Taste wise, the flavors are more Pacamara-ish with the bright tropical tones and exotic vibes.
Expect refreshing lychee notes with brightness accompanied by musk and orange blossom in the finish.
