Thanks to their craftsmanship, this Arara anaerobic natural has very clean and washed like flavors without fermentation notes. Tapi'i delights with distinct flavors of coke accompanied by notes of ginger and underlying notes of calisson sweetness that implicates hints of various fruits notes and exotic chamomile florals, that leads the way into amontillado sweetness in the finish.
