We started offering blend exclusively for wholesale clients and using this blend for a milk beverages at the cafe since 2020. We have been elaborating this blend for almost 3 years and finally unleashing this classic yet progressive blend to everyone(that's why we named it Daily Delight instead of New Classic)!
A new classic
With respect to classic Italian espresso blend, we have been trying to achieve each origin's characters as a specialty coffee with classic vibes with rich body and balance. A 50/50 blend is hard to achieve with a certain level of integrity, especially when it comes to mixing complete opposite coffees; a natural Brazil with a washed Ethiopia. Thanks to this blending ratio, we finally achieved everything what we look for in an espresso blend. To our surprise, this blend was also delicious on pour over!
Daily delight espresso is full of dark cherries displayed on its full-body and bold caramel sweetness.
Another aspect of Daily Delight is a perfect daily driver on V60/pour over, expect hibiscus floral, bright nectarine and distinct dark cherry.
*Though we are sorting out defects after roasting and our greens have passed through mechanical/hand sorting at farm level, small stones can be found in coffee beans, it's not harmful to health as it's roasted but please sort them before grinding to avoid risk damaging your grinder just in case.
