A Pacamara from the Legend in Marcala
El Puente Geisha, also known as "Caballero Geisha" won the COE 2016 1st place. Since then, their coffee are well known as one of the best coffees in the world. We are so thrilled to offer an aromatic Pacamara washed from their "Mogola" farm this year!
Our tasting
This Pacamara is definitely one of the brightest and the most vibrant Pacamara we've ever purchased. Expect bright tones of lime and gooseberry balanced out with acacia honey sweetness.
On V60
Mogola delivers tons of brightness with exotic florals. Expect lime, white grapefruit and hibiscus floral in the finish.
