La Isla ETH47 is back!
Don’t judge this coffee by its altitude and process, their coffee is very clean and bright always! Our first purchase from La Isla is 2021, this ETH47 red honey with cherry reposado process, that went viral in the international coffee market. We fell in love with their coffee at once and so excited to have this ETH47 exclusively this season again!
This ETH47 is definitely improved, we can honestly say this is one of the best coffees in this season and is as good as the Geisha lot or even better!
This ETH47 is as vibrant as some top notch Geishas! So much going on, expect complex yet vibrant notes of orange blossom, peach and jasmine followed by sweet lavender florals. All those flavors lead into a perfumed finish of mangosteen. It's almost like dancing in our taste bud!
