Degassing: we recommend degassing this coffee unopened for at least 45days. Best from 60days to 90days post roast.
Caution
*Though we are sorting out defects after roasting and our greens have passed through mechanical/hand sorting at farm level, small stones can be found in coffee beans, it's not harmful to health as it's roasted but please sort them before grinding to avoid risk damaging your grinder just in case.

We are thrilled to offer a clean/terroir focus natural process coffee from Birhanu Dido whose coffee placed the 19th in COE2021. This is our very first purchase of this lot and so impressed with the quality. Very uniformly sorted, so clean processing that we are not seeing processing flavors very much but it features its cultivar's character pretty well.
Cupping review
This beautiful 74112 delivers bright fruit flavors. Expect bright acelora accompanied by sweet rose florals, followed by white peach notes, that lead the way into mellow green tea finish.
