The other side of Baroida
As their Boka washed is really clean, bright and balanced, we decided purchase their renowned natural process coffee. Likewise their washed lot, this natural process coffee is quite decent with uniformity and almost no defects found from the greens. This coffee is one of the most surprising coffees in 2023 season.
Cupping review
Baroida reminds us of some great extended natural process coffees from Central American countries. Very clean and bright with vibrant florals of lavender, bright macerated pineapple and hints of melon.
