Unique Terroir from Bona Zuria!
This is our very first experience of Bona Zuria region. Bona Zuria is a highland of 2200-2400 MASL elevation in Sidama. Bona Zuria coffee used to be treated as just a part of Sidama coffees and mixed with some other coffees in Sidama region. Ayele Tulu washing station only features the small holders in Bona Zuria area. We can honestly say this is definitely one of the best Ethiopia washed we've ever roasted and most unique coffee from Ethiopia.
Ayele Tulu delights with really vibrant notes displayed on its rich body and intense sweetness. Expect vibrant nectarine flavors balanced out with intense sweetness of honey through out then followed by peach notes and vibrant florals of fragrant olive.
