*Even though it least likely happens, sometimes small stones are found in both roasted/green coffee beans, it's not harmful to health but please sort them before grinding to avoid risk damaging your grinder.

IH-90 from Chaguites for 2022 season

IH-90 from this region has been our regular item since 2020. Our first purchase of IH-90 from Chaguites is from El Monarca farm followed by a tropical bomb from Las Uvas in 2021 season.

This year we picked this Los Nogales as our IH-90 for this season.Perhaps most vibrant IH-90 we've ever tried in terms of flavor intensity. At the cupping table, even amongst our great Honduras Geishas, this IH-90 was as vibrant as other coffees.

Los Nogales delivers ton of sweet prune followed by hints of lime, plum and lemongrass. One of the sweetest coffee in the 2022 offerings.

Old profiles: Expect distinct flavors of green apple followed by sweet apricot and long lasting sweetness of mixed dry fruits.

With its iconic tropicals and spiciness, we’re thrilled to showcase our IH-90 from Chaguites Area of La Paz region again!

Chaguites area sounds brand new to all the coffee lovers in the world, where coffees used not to be planted. Especially, this Las Uvas farm is located at an altitude of 1940m.a.s.l, reclaimed from a grassland. In a land in its infancy, IH-90 are mainly produced there, which is renowned for a robust and high yielding variety with its high cup quality; definitely a perfect choice for this area.

A hybrid of Caturra and Sartimor developed by IH CAFE Honduras; a genetic descendant of both Robusta and Arabica varieties, designed to suit the condition in Honduras. Not only this variety is robust and high yielding, IH-90 is also known for its fruitiness and sweetness.
This lot is our 2nd purchase of IH90 varietal lot from Honduras. As far as we’ve roasted and tasted some good IH-90 lots, spicy characters of Robusta as the flavors of its genetic descendants are often pronounced in a positive way to give some crispness to the cup, which would reminds us of green fruits such as pear, muscat and green apple; or displayed as tropical fruits with its abundant acidity.
