Adolfo is a very experienced coffee producer in Brazil and know for a pioneer in the specialty coffee industry there. With their refined processing, they are producing exceptionally fruity coffees. With their careful processing, the high altitude and the careful picking, this Icatu delights with bright fruity flavors that reminds us of some great Central American washed coffees.
Icatu Cultivar
Icatu is a hybrid cultivar developed in Brazil that usually has high production and disease resistance. Icatu cultivar is revised upwards for its fruitiness when produced properly. This Icatu is produced in Mirantinho plot which is located in the highest area of the farm(1200MASL).
