Guarani is a selection of the Aramosa varietal performed in Daterra. The Aramosa is a cross between Coffea Arabica and Coffea Racemosa.
Opening up with sweet ginger notes upfront followed by a delicious papaya balanced out with milky vanilla ice cream sweetness in the finish. Very clean and transparent throughout.
