We purchased this washed process coffee from our favorite producer in Ethiopia! We can truly say this lot is the best Ethiopia washed we've ever roasted. If there are any problems, the amount of chaffs are overwhelming yet you even don't have to pick out the chaffy beans.
This incredibly clean Ethiopia washed delivers perfumed flavors. Expect mango and sweet peach encompassing honeysuckle florals followed by a vibrant finish of black tea.
